OBA Town Hall To Discuss CARICOM
The One Bermuda Alliance [OBA] is inviting the public to attend a town hall meeting to discuss CARICOM membership on Monday [July 20].
A spokesperson said, “The One Bermuda Alliance is inviting members of the public to a town hall meeting to discuss CARICOM on Monday 20 July at Vasco Da Gama Club. The town hall begins at 6pm.
“Led by MP Dwayne Robinson, the town hall will give Bermudians an opportunity to express their thoughts on Bermuda attaining full CARICOM membership.”
Mr. Robinson said, “Recently, there has been a lot of discussion from the Government as to why Bermuda should obtain full membership, but little opportunity for Bermudians to express how they really feel, negatively or positively. The town hall will give every attendee the opportunity for their voice to be heard. We welcome members of the public and look forward to your presence.”
