Police Renew Appeal In Jahcari Francis Murder
Police are renewing their appeal for information as the ninth anniversary of the murder of Jahcari Francis approaches, urging anyone with knowledge of the case to come forward.
A police spokesperson said, “Today marks the 9th year anniversary of the murder of Jahcari Francis. Mr. Francis was fatally shot whilst inside a residence on Upland Street, Devonshire, shortly after 11pm on Wednesday, July 19th, 2017.
“Detectives investigating the murder of Mr. Francis, are renewing their appeal for relevant information in relation to this matter.
“We are particularly keen to hear from residents who may have seen any suspicious individuals, or vehicles in the area of Upland Street, Devonshire, prior to, or after this crime was committed.
“Community involvement is crucial to bringing the perpetrators of this crime to justice. All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.
“Anyone who can assist, is encouraged to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1739.
