Ja’Shay Trott Features In NextGen Defeat
Bermudian cricketer Ja’Shay Trott played for Americas NextGen in their nine-wicket defeat against the United States in the opening round of the ICC U19 Women’s World Cup Americas Qualifier.
NextGen batted first after losing the toss, collapsing for 47. Trott was among six NextGen batters who did not to score.
The United States reached 48 for one in reply to complete a convincing victory.
Trott conceded eight runs from her 0.4 overs.
NextGen are coached by former Bermuda player Terry-Lynn Paynter.
