Aeziah Divine On Round Six Races
Motorcycle racer Aeziah Divine has reflected on round six of the R&G Moto4 British Superbike Cup at Thruxton Circuit in Hampshire at the weekend.
Representing Fibre Tec Honda-MLav Racing, Divine qualified fourteenth before finishing fourteenth in both races.
Reflecting on the opening race, Divine said: “The start wasn’t the best, I didn’t make up any places off the line, but I worked hard to stay with the group at the start of the race.”
“Unfortunately, towards the end I didn’t realise how much the tyre drop-off would be from the heat and I had a few moments which started to slow me down and I lost touch with the group ahead of me.”
Divine said there were positives to take from race two.
“I had good battles during the race in a big group that was fighting for P7,” he added.
“I tried to push hard for the last few laps, but couldn’t make many overtakes, and crossed the line in fourteenth.
“Big thank you to the team, I honestly couldn’t do it without you guys.”
