Khano Smith’s Rhode Island defeated Monterey Bay 3-1 at home in the United Soccer League Championship yesterday [August 22].
Rhode Island are seventh in the Eastern Conference after 19 games this season.
They travel to FC Tulsa on Saturday.
Rhode Island head coach and general manager Smith is a former Bermuda captain and New England Revolution winger.
