Adam Hall Hits Winning Home Run
Bermudian baseball player Adam Hall hit a go-ahead two-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning as the Winnipeg Goldeyes defeated the Lincoln Saltdogs 7-6 in the American Association.
Hall went 3-for-4 with two runs batted in and scored once as Winnipeg extended their winning streak to eight games.
With the Goldeyes trailing 6-5 and Raphaël Pelletier on first base, Hall hit a two-out home run over the left-field wall to put Winnipeg ahead.
The victory improved the Goldeyes’ record to 35-31.
