Bermuda U14 Team Advance To CFU Semi-Finals
The Bermuda’s Under-14 boys football team have advanced to the semi-finals of the Caribbean Football Union Under-14 Challenge Series in the Dominican Republic.
Bermuda completed the group stage unbeaten, recording a 1-1 draw with Barbados, a 2-0 victory over Martinique and a goalless draw with the Dominican Republic.
The team finished second in Group A with five points and advanced as the best runner-up across the three Tier I groups. Bermuda join the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica in the semi-finals, which are scheduled for Friday.
The Bermuda Football Association had previously announced the team as: Goalkeepers: Tayte Browne, Henrik McIntosh | Defenders: Psalm Caines, Kyron Bryan, Caden Burgess, Vashon Martin, Amori Simons | Midfielders: Adam Barritt – Captain, Jace Postlethwaite, Roman Gaglio, Gebre Vickers, Quinn Farmsworth, Mackay Browne | Forwards: Shiloh Stevens, Asa Trew Smith, Cairo Burgess, Remi Furbert, and A’daj O’Brien.
