BMA Register Seven New Insurers In July
The Bermuda Monetary Authority [BMA] registered seven new insurers in July 2026, comprising of a Class 1, Class E, Class 3A and Class 2 insurer, two Collateralized insurers and an Agent.
Hector Insurance Ltd. and West Grove Re, Ltd. were registered effective July 1, followed by Grove Re Ltd. on July 2 and Nephila Capital Ltd. on July 6.
Brotherhood Denominational Reinsurance SAC, Ltd. was registered on July 13, while LBI Reinsurance Bermuda Ltd. and Lancer Re Ltd. were registered as collateralized insurers on July 27 and July 29, respectively.
