Man Arrested With Knife At Paget Supermarket
Police arrested a 35-year-old man after he was reportedly found with a knife at a supermarket in Paget.
A police spokesperson said, “At approximately 8:52pm, Tuesday August 11, 2026, Police were dispatched to the A1 Supermarket, Valley Road, Paget, following a report that a male in possession of a knife, was inside the premises.
“Officers located the 35-year-old suspect and recovered the knife he had in his possession.
“There were no reported injuries.
“The suspect was arrested and taken to the Hamilton Police Station, where he is currently detained.”
