Triathlon Coaching Course Available In Panama
The Bermuda Triathlon Association [BTA] is inviting expressions of interest for a World Triathlon Level 1 coaching course in Panama City, running from November 17 to 21, with one supported place available.
In a notice sent out in their newsletter, the association said, “Interested in developing your coaching skills and supporting triathlon in Bermuda? The BTA invites expressions of interest in the course advertised as World Triathlon Level 1 in Panama City, with separate English and Spanish groups.
“The course runs from 17 to 21 November 2026, with arrival on 16 November and departure on 22 November. It includes four weeks of online study beforehand. Applicants must have completed the World Triathlon Community Coach Online Course and be available for all required learning and assessments.
“Participation through the BTA comes with the expectation that, on successful completion, coaches will make an active and ongoing contribution to coaching in Bermuda. We hope this opportunity will help members develop their skills while supporting our local athletes and programmes.
“We expect to have one place available for the course, and the BTA will cover flights for the selected participant. The supported place includes six nights of accommodation, breakfast, lunch and transport to practical sessions. The place remains subject to federation nomination and organiser confirmation.
