Renovation Plans Submitted For Perot Post Office
A planning application has been submitted for renovations to the historic Perot’s Post Office in Hamilton.
The application summary states, “Proposed renovations to include removal of structurally unsound elements, new floors, windows, doors, shutters. Interior bathroom, storage space, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services. New dedicated power supply line [BELCO]. Conversion of a ground floor toilet room to a cleaner’s room, replacement windows, shutters and doors. New janitors sink. New hardware. [Grade 2 listed building in Historic Protection Zone].”
