City Begins Road Repairs On Angle Street
The City of Hamilton has started road repairs on Angle Street, with work expected to be completed by mid-next week, weather permitting.
A spokesperson said, “Road improvements are underway on Angle Street, near the roundabout and Dellwood School, as the City tackles a section of roadway in need of some much-deserved TLC!
“Following feedback from members of the public about deteriorating asphalt conditions, the City prioritised this area for repairs, with works getting underway on November 4th.
“The project involves removing the damaged asphalt and laying a fresh surface across approximately 5,500 square feet of roadway, helping to create a safer, smoother driving experience for motorists. The junction is currently closed to traffic while works are underway, with the project expected to wrap up by the middle of next week, weather permitting.
“It’s a great example of community feedback being turned into action, and another step towards keeping Hamilton’s roads in good shape!”
