Man Charged In $3 Million Drug Case
Facing charges said to involve a total of over $3 million worth of illegal drugs, 39-year-old Kenneth Jamal Zuill of Happy Valley Road, Devonshire, was released this morning [Sept.28] on $50,000 bail with two like sureties.
