Devonshire Rec Elects First Female President
Nadine Browne-Evans Pusha was recently elected as the new president of the Devonshire Recreation Club, becoming the first female to hold this position.
Ms Pusha previously served on the Executive Committee under the past three Presidents.
She said: “I am thankful for their insight on the club’s rich history, values and morals that assist in maintaining a healthy environment and the possibilities for the future of the Devonshire Recreation Club.”
The election of Ms Pusha as the first female president comes 52 years after her mother Dame Lois Browne Evans became the first female member of the club.
