Sailing: Ebbin And Tulane Climb Rankings
Christian Ebbin and his Tulane University teammates enjoyed an improved performance on the second day of the 2025 ICSA Team Race National Championships, held on the Providence River and hosted by Brown University and the University of Rhode Island.
After a challenging opening day which saw them finish in 12th place with one win and three losses, Ebbin and his Tulane crew found their rhythm on day two. They secured six victories across their nine races, suffering only three defeats.
Tulane recorded wins against Roger Williams University, the U.S. Naval Academy, Brown University [the hosts], St. Mary’s College of Maryland, the College of Charleston, and Bowdoin College. Their losses came against strong opposition from Harvard University, Yale University, and Boston College.
This strong showing on day two propelled Ebbin and his teammates up the overall standings to 8th place with a much-improved record of seven wins and six defeats.
