Happy Valley Child Care Centre Closed For Day
Child & Family Services has advised that the Happy Valley Child Care Centre currently has no running water at their facility.
“Works & Engineering are working to fix the plumbing problem,” a spokesperson said. “As a result the school will also be closed today, Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Services for the children should resume tomorrow.”
On January 18th, Dellwood Middle School was also closed for the day due to plumbing/water issues.

the nursery was calling parents at 11.30am yesterday to collect the children. How should the day be recorded for parents who have to stay home and take care of their children? I have been informed an employer said take vacation days to cover this. Any thoughts if this is right. Not parents fault for pumbing problems.
