Jonte Smith Scores In Crawley Town Win
Bermuda’s Jonte Smith scored in the second half of Crawley Town’s game with Oakwood to help propel them to a 8-1 pre-season win on Friday [July 5].
First-half goals from Gary Alexander, Jordan Adekunle, Andy Drury and Mark Connolly put the Reds 4-0 up after just thirty minutes.
Oakwood pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time but Jonte Smith, Jamie Proctor, James Hurst and Dannie Bulman all scored in the second half to complete the game.
Crawley — a UK League One professional team — will play their next pre-season friendly on Wednesday July 10 vs Ipswich Town.
