Motorcycle Rider Injured On Southside Road
[Updated] At approximately 12.30am on Sunday morning [July 20] a motorcycle rider was injured when the bike he was riding was involved in a collision on Southside Road near West Cott Road in St. David’s.
Passing motorists stopped to assist the man until emergency services attended the scene. Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service EMTs arrived a short time later and cared for the injured rider before an attending ambulance transported the man to King Edward Memorial Hospital.
Update 11.11am: A police spokesperson said the 32 year old St. George’s man injured in a single vehicle motorcycle collision around 12:25am Sunday, July 20th along Southside Road near the junction with Westcott Road, St. George’s was treated at the hospital and released.
