Pitcher & Hollis Win Cricket Players Of Week
Logic and the Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] announced that the Logic Premier Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Justin Pitcher of St. David’s, while the Logic First Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Del Hollis of PHC.
A BCB spokesperson said, “Logic and the Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] are pleased to announce that the Logic Premier Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Justin Pitcher of St. David’s.
“Justin scored 104 runs in his team’s comprehensive victory over Western Stars to clinch the Logic Premier title for 2016. Justin scored his runs off just 74 balls with 4 sixes and 14 fours.

“The Logic First Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Del Hollis of PHC. In the match against Devonshire Recreation Club, Del’s off-break bowling took 7 wickets for only 5 runs to enable his team to bowl out DRC for just 65 runs. This was a pivotal spell that allowed PHC to secure their first victory of the year.”
The Logic 50 Overs Premier Division League standings currently have St. David’s atop the pile, with Bailey’s Bay and Rangers following in second and third place respectively.
