Photos & Video Replay: Harness Pony Racing

The Driving Horse & Pony Club hosted another round of racing this afternoon [Dec 17] at the National Equestrian Centre on Vesey Street in Devonshire, as their 2017/18 season continues.

Christian Truran in the bike of Itsallaboutme won the 1:04&4 & Faster Time Bar Class clocking a time of 1:05&1 while Ryan Burrows and Simsfield Hardtimes finished second in 1:05&2 and Andrea Westerfield in the bike of Reel Patrol finished third in 1:05&3.

The 1:06&1 to 1:07&1 Time Bar Class saw Big Mean Machine move one leg out with Nick Decosta in the bike taking the line honors clocking a time of 1:07 flat while Inwood’s Progress with Candyce Martins finished second clocking 1:07&1. With a time of 1:07&3, Park Ranger with Edward Roque in the bike finish third and Inwood’s Generation with Casey Truran finished 4th clocking 1:08 flat.

The 1:10&1 to 1:12&1 and 1:12&2 & Slower Time Bar Class saw Something Royal with Andrea Westerfield in the bike take the line honors clocking a time of 1:10&1. Finishing second clocking 1:10&3 was Whosdat with Dylan DeSilva in the bike while Rock On with Kelsey Durham in the bike finished third clocking 1:11&1 and Maurice Raynor in the bike of Catch Me If You Can finished fourth with a time of 1:15&4.

Rookie driver Kayla Cardwell in the bike of Stay Tuned won the 1:07&2 – 1:10 Time Bar Class with a time of 1:08&2. Kiwon Waldron in the bike of Gold N Glory finished second in a photo finish with the same time of 1:08&2 and This Baby Rocks with Christian Truran in the bike finished third clocking 1:09 flat.
