Car Overturns After Collision In Sandys
A driver has been transported to hospital following a car crash in Sandys that resulted in the car overturning.
A BFRS spokesperson said, “A Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service received a call via 911 at 13.43hrs. reporting a single vehicle accident in Sandys near Overplus Lane.
“Upon arrival, firefighters noticed an overturned car in the west bound lane. The driver of the vehicle had assistance exiting the vehicle from a member of the public prior to firefighters arriving. The driver has been transported to KEMH via ambulance with injuries not believed to be life threatening.”

At some point insurance companies will simply not pay , if driver error or failure to operate a mechanically sound vehicle is deemed to be the contributing factor.
