Scott Barnes Competes In Daytona Kart Week
Scott Barnes recently took to the Daytona Raceway Track to compete in the World Karting Association’s Road Racing Daytona Kart Week, taking part in two races.
In a field of 39 karts on the Stock Honda F2 Class start line, Barnes finished fourth in the first race when he was clocked across the line completing seven laps four one hundredths of a second behind winner Steven Rougeou; Rougeou was clocked across the line in 15:47.056, while Barnes had a time of 15:47.442.
Barnes did not finish in the 125 Shifter Sprint Class after his chain broke during the third lap.
