BFRS Extinguish Vehicle Fire At Rambling Lane
The Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service [BFRS] extinguished a fire — with “one car and five cycles fully involved in flame” — in the Rambling Lane, Pembroke area early this morning [March 11].
A BFRS spokesperson said, “At 4:30am on March 11, 2021, Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service Dispatch received a report of a vehicle on fire at Rambling Lane, Pembroke. The BFRS responded with one appliance from the Hamilton Fire Station with a total of four firefighters.
“On arrival, fire crews found one car and five cycles fully involved in flames with the fire impinging on the lower apartment of a home. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames using foam. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and is under investigation.”
