Possible Third Man Involved in Teen Stabbing

Police are now saying that a third man may have been involved in the incident that resulted in a 17 year old being stabbed multiple times yesterday lunchtime. The victim is currently in the Intensive Care Unit in stable condition.

The 17 year old St. George’s man that was arrested in connection with the incident yesterday has been released on Police bail.

The incident occurred at 12 noon on Sat April 17 on Middle Road, Southampton.

The Police say they “are interested in speaking with any motorists traveling through the area around the time of the incident; anyone who may have seen an altercation between two or three men in the bus lay by across from Traditions Restaurant or in the vicinity of the Port Royal Esso gas station.”

The police have not said this incident is gang related, however a social network profile belonging to one of the individuals involved appears to allude they may have a gang affiliation.
