Photos: 2010 Around the Island Boat Race
After multiple attempts which were cancelled due to weather reasons, the Around the Island Boat Race got underway this afternoon, with numerous locals out to watch the high speed boats zoom around the island. Ferry Reach was packed with hundreds of onlookers and slow moving traffic as approximately thirty finely tuned powerboats, as well as jet skis all took to the water to contest the title.
