The 2022 Around the Island Powerboat Race took place today [Aug 7] with boats speeding around the entire island at top speeds, with Andrew Cottingham and Henry Talbot in S22 crossing the line first in the powerboat class, Cleveland ‘Chicken’ Maybury crossing the line first in the jet ski class, while there were a number of winners in the junior classes.
