Photos: Car & Minibus Collision

A two vehicle accident occurred on Mullet Bay Road in St. George’s late tonight [Sept 17th] involving a minibus and a black Hyundai Getz. It appeared the car’s female driver was heading in an easterly direction, while the mini bus was traveling west and the two collided.

The car driver was cared for by EMTs at the scene, until an ambulance transported her to King Edward Memorial Hospital, with what we understand are non life threatening injuries. The female driver and the two occupants of the mini bus did not need medical attention. Two units from the Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service with seven men came upon the accident after attending what we understand to be a small brush fire. Police were also on the scene investigating.
