Restart of Shuttle Service to Bulls Head Carpark

November 7, 2010

The City of Hamilton today (Nov 7) announced the restart of the Bulls Head Shuttle Service. According to Mr. Edward Benevides, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary for the City of Hamilton, “Daylight Saving Time ended this weekend and so we have reinstituted the Shuttle Bus Service. The service is set up for people, especially women, who park in Bulls Head and would like to be escorted their cars after dark.”

Mr. Benevides continued, “The shuttle service leaves from City Hall Car Park every 15 minutes and operates between 5:00pm and 7:30pm. After the shuttle service ends anyone needing assistance to their cars can contact Safeguard Security at 292 2626 and a security guard will meet the person at one of Bulls Head’s entrances and escort them to their car. I would also like to suggest for those who may work late in the evening, they can use the shuttle after 6:00pm to collect their vehicles and park on the street near their offices. Parking on the streets is free after 6:00pm.”
