Police Report: 47 Accidents Last Week

The Bermuda Police Service reported that during the week of Monday, January 10th – Monday, January 17th 2011 there were 47 accidents, with 24 resulting in injury.

In addition there was one arrest on suspicion of impaired driving, and eight vehicles reported stolen; 1 each in Hamilton parish, Smith’s, Warwick, Southampton and 4 in Pembroke. All of the vehicles removed were either auxiliary cycles or motorcycles. Of the 8 vehicles reported stolen, 1 was subsequently recovered.
