Police Report Four Burglaries on Thurs

police logoPolice reported four burglaries this past Thursday [Jan 27], in Warwick, Smith’s and Paget. Items stolen included cash, loose change, jewelry, watches and electronic items.

“Around 11:05pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Princeton Lane, Warwick residence. It appears that sometime between 6:30pm and 11pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole an I-Pod Touch as well as a quantity of cash and jewelry.

“Around 6:35pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Lolly’s Well Road, Smith’s parish residence. It appears that sometime between 8:30am and 6:20pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole two watches and a quantity of loose change.

“Around 6:30pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a South Road, Paget residence. It appears that sometime between 8:30am and 6:15pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of loose change.

“Around 5:30pm on Thursday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Skyline Road, Smith’s parish residence. It appears that sometime between 2:30pm and 5:25pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash, electronic items and jewelry.”

Police inquiries into all incidents are underway. The Bermuda Police Service continues to advise the public to remain vigilant regarding burglaries by reporting any suspicious activities or individuals in their neighbourhoods to Police on 295-0011.
