Police Report Three Burglaries on Wed

The Police reported three burglaries this past Wednesday [Jan 26], with items stolen including a laptop computer, jewelry, PlayStation, digital camera, video camera and more.

A Police spokesman said: “Around 7:30pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Homestead Lane, Southampton residence. It appears that sometime between 8am and 5:45pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a Sony PlayStation 3 video game system including three games, two jackets, a Nikon digital camera and a Sony video camera.”

“Around 5:10pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Sunrise Drive, Hamilton parish residence. It appears that sometime during the day an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a Dell laptop computer and a quantity of jewelry.”

“Around 3:30pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at an Evans Bay Road, Southampton residence. It appears that sometime between 12 noon and 3pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of jewelry.”

Inquiries into all incidents are underway.
