21-Yr-Old Man Charged With Sexual Assault

Before Magistrate Archie Warner in Magistrates Court this morning [May 18], a 21-year-old Pembroke man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with the unlawful sexual assault of a young girl who was 13-years-old when the offence was alleged to have taken place. The defendant was bailed for $5,000 with one surety and must re-appear for trial on 13 July.
