Driver Injured After Crashing Into Wall
A 24-year-old man is hospitalized after his car struck a wall in Southampton early this morning [Sept.25].
A police spokesperson said, “Around 2:40am on Sunday, police and first responders attended a reported single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury on Middle Road in Southampton near the junction with Lighthouse Road.”
“It appears that a car was traveling along Middle Road when it collided with a wall and overturned. The driver, a 24 year old Southampton man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.”
“His injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The car was extensively damaged. Inquiries into this incident are underway.”

I feel so sorry for this person hitting a wall in the middle of the night. When is Government going to do something about these walls which violently jump out into the street injuring or perhaps killing people. Its as if PLP doesn’t care at all about the safety of our children.

Seriously, mate, why are you jumping to this conclusion? Is not the property behind the wall private? Get to know your facts! Not going to point fingers at any one, but i do think public and private interest are working here! So instead of blaming Governemnt, which too many people use as the EASY argument, try to put forward something that will bare fruit!
bye anyone can bare fruit just by peeling the skin off of it. all these people are blaming the goverment for this and that and no ones doing nothing to fix the problem. the govenment cant control the walls, they are they resposnsibility of the homeowner. ya boy that hit the wall has no one but himslef to blame for his woes. maybe he should have gone slower so the wall didnt jump out and hit him.
