Friday Night Corona League Results
Last night [Oct.7] saw a double header at BAA Field with games being played in the Corona League. Tuff Dogs took on Flanagan’s Onions while Lock N Key met up with Vasco.
In the first game of the night Lamaul Crofton scored all four goal for Tuff Dogs as they defeated the Flanagan’s Onions 4 – 2. Phil Anderson and Jimmy Caplice scored a goal each for the Flanagan’s Onions.
At 8:30pm Lock N Key faced off with Vasco in the night cap. Quincy Aberdeen scored a hat-trick to lead Vasco to a 4 -3 victory over Lock N Key. Rui Sebestiao scored the other Vasco goal while Steven Astwood scored two goals for Lock N Key and Chris Furbert scoring the other.
Corona League action continues today with four games lined up into the evening. Valley take on Robin Hood at 1pm, West End United play North Village at 3pm, Baa Wanderers meet up with St. David’s at 5pm and St. George’s tackle Lobster Pot at 7pm. All Corona League games are held at the BAA Field.
