Man Denies Shooting 16-Yr-Old

Royunde Stevens Cyrus pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempted murder and of using a firearm to commit an indictable offence during this morning’s [Oct.3] Supreme Court monthly arraignment session.

Mr Stevens, 24, was charged in connection with the shooting of a 16 year old male which occurred at approximately 11:30pm on March 25th, 2011 on Rambling Lane, Pembroke.

Currently in custody, he’ll remain in custody until his trial which is now set for 15th November 2011.

    I know the family and friend of the family our upset with what people are saying before the all the fact come out, but what do you accuspect a old time saying YOU ARE KNOWN BY THE COMPANY YOU KEEP and had you all been on him to stay away from the company he was keeping he would not be in the spot he is today you tell me none of you knew who he was hanging with I find that very hard to beleive. So this is a lesson us all don’t sit on the side line watch it just as bad as sitting on the wall.
