Man Injured In 4 Vehicle Accident

Last night [Oct.23] a four vehicle accident sent a 44-year-old man to hospital with a leg injury.

A police spokesperson said, “At 7:35 pm on Sunday October 23, Police responded to a reported collision on Middle Road, Southampton at the junction of Industrial Park Road. It appears that four vehicles; a motorcycle, an SUV, a jeep and a car were travelling along Middle Road when they collided.”

“The motorcycle was extensively damaged, while the other three vehicles received moderate damage. The rider of the motorcycle, a 44 year old Sandys man received a leg injury and was transported to KEMH via ambulance.”

“His injuries are not life threatening. Any witnesses or anyone with any information is encouraged to contact PC Connie Saltus on 295-0011.”
