Charged: Harrassing Ex-Girlfriend

In Magistrates Court this morning [Nov.28], carrying and appearing to use crutches, 33-year-old Sahki Weeks pleaded not guilty to a charge of stalking the mother of his son.

The charge was that between 12th and 21st November of this year, Mr Weeks had made harassing telephone calls to the mother of his son and had left similar messages on her voicemail.

A second charge was that on 17th November 2011, he had uttered threatening words to the mother of his son.

Accepting the defendant’s not guilty pleas, Senior Magistrate Archie Warner set an early trial date of Friday 2nd December 2011 and remanded Mr Weeks in custody until then.

    Isn’t it weird how COURT SYSTEM’S pick, choose and refuse (oh because of legal matters) who’s name they PRINT???

      What’s even funnier is that u said the “Court system” as if bernews or any media works for the Court! (2 confused faces)!! The media chose to print their names honey…nothing to do with the Court system. Think before u type…

    The sad thing is that many of our Boys and Girls have not been told “No” or how to deal with being told “No”, and unfortunately they grow into adults who feel they should get whatever they want when they want. No knowing the case, don’t be so quick to judge the defendant as there are tons of women out there who have the “skills” to send nice guys to jail.
