Driver Injured In St. David’s Accident

Emergency services responded to St. David’s Road at approximately 11:15pm last night [Dec 14] to an accident involving a car and a taxi.

We unofficially understand one of the drivers received minor injuries. Fire Service personnel administered first aid to the female until an ambulance arrived and transported her to King Edward Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Traffic flow was blocked while emergency personnel tended to the accident victim and investigated the scene. The car was removed by a tow truck and the road cleared at approximately 1:00am. We will update with official information as able.
