At the Devonshire Recreation Club, Hopde Burrows gave Wolves the lead in the 6th minute, Jonte Pearson drew the Somerset Eagles level three minutes later. Vincent Minors Jr. put Wolves back in front in the 23rd minute and then four minutes later Jared Peniston scored for Wolves to make the score 3 – 1.
Somerset Eagles pulled a goal back in the 46th minute when Kyle Williams found the back of the net and then one minute later the scores were level as Oranthus Turner found the back of the net. Former Somerset Eagles player Tamauri Tucker then settles the FA Cup tie when he scored twice to end the game 5 – 3, thus putting Wolves into the Quarter-Final Round.
In Corona League action, Tuff Dogs lost 5 – 2 to Flanagan’s Onions. The Onions took a 2 – 0 lead through Adam Griffths and Phil Anderson, but the Tuff Dogs responded with Kevin Hurdle scoring a hat-trick, while Yusef Pitt and Aaron Browne scored a goal each.
In the second Corona League game, Robin Hood defeated Valley 8 – 0. Robin Hood got two goals from Victor Richards, they also got single strikes from Lloyd Holder, Alex Belvedere, Gary Adams, Jaime Ball, Kenny Dill and Darren Reitze.
