One More Time: Wells Scores In UK

Marking his third goal in less than two weeks, Bermuda’s Nahki Wells scored again today [Jan.7] for his U.K. team Bradford City.

Bradford took on Watford at the Vicarage Road Stadium in front of 9,000 fans – including 1,200 who traveled with the team from Bradford City.

Wells goal came in the 88th minute, however his team lost 4 – 2, and bowed out of the F.A Cup with Budweiser at the third round stage. You can read match reports of the game via the UK press here, here and here.

This is the 21-year-old striker’s fifth goal since signing with Bradford City last year, as well as  his third goal in the last two weeks.

He scored in the 30th minute of the game against Shrewsbury Town on December 31st, and scored in the first two minutes of the game on December 26th.
