Alleged Jewelry Thief Remanded In Custody

53-year old Coolridge Winslow Eve will remain in custody until 4th June 2012 when he will re-appear in Magistrates Court to face trial on charges of stealing gold jewellery and other items valued at over $13,000 from Sovereign Jewellers and from Swiss Timing.

Mr Eve had pleaded not guilty to the three charges which stemmed from actions on 7th January at Swiss Timimg, and 25th January at Sovereign Jewellers; and again on 13th February from Swiss Timing. The Senior Magistrate commented that it looked as if there was an attempt to fulfill Valentine’s Day responsibilities.

Mr Eve was remanded in custody.
