Jet Ski Causes Airport Dump Fire

The Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service responded to a fire at the airport dump this afternoon [Mar.16]. Initial indications are that the fire started in a jet ski that had been dumped on site and not been properly drained of fuel. Officials confirmed the fire is now under control and there is no effect on air operations at LFW Airport.
