Arts Centre’s ‘Trash To Treasure’ Workshop

The Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard will be holding its “Trash to Treasure” workshop with Nahed Eid on April 21 from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Items laying around the house that you just can’t part with? Thinking one day….. you’ll actually create something? Well, Ms Eid Nahed takes every day items and turns them into creative and functional pieces of art.

She will demonstrate how to use “found” objects to create two and three dimensional works of art; items such as kitchen implements and light fixtures all have a place in her compositions.

At the end of the workshop, you will have at least two completed “treasures” depending on what “trash” you bring in with you.
