Local Awarded Grady-White Specialist Certification
Michael Araujo, president of Bermuda’s A&P Marine, has been awarded a Grady-White Boats Product Specialist certification.
Mr. Araujol travelled to Grady-White’s Greenville, North Carolina manufacturing plant where the firm hosted various sessions.
Welcomed by Grady White’s Vice President Joey Weller, Michael along with other attendees from around the world were able to participate in sessions that included:
- Learning many aspects of the building, assembly and shipping processes of Grady-White Boats, which included product knowledge tests
- In-water boat demonstrations and boat operations training on open water near New Bern, North Carolina and a thorough review of Grady-White’s sportfishing and family boats including the company’s newly designed 28-foot Freedom 285 Dual Console
- Familiarisation through hands-on training of various Grady-White’s ranging in size from 19 foot right up to 36 foot.
Mr Araujo stated, “A&P Marine makes the education investment to ensure customers get the highest level of
