Fergus Morrison To Be Promoted At Aeolus
Aeolus Capital Management Ltd. announced that Fergus Morrison is to be promoted to Partner, “with immediate effect and subject to Bermuda immigration approval.”
A spokesperson said, “Mr. Morrison first joined Aeolus in 2018, where he currently serves as Portfolio Manager on the team responsible for underwriting and pricing property catastrophe collateralized retrocession and reinsurance limits. With the addition of his new title, he will join Aeolus’ Operating Committee which is the body responsible for reviewing the performance and strategic direction of the Aeolus group and having oversight of its day-to-day operations.
“Previously Morrison was an underwriter at Securis Investment Partners where he was a key member of the analytics team with experience in pricing, modelling and underwriting collateralised reinsurance, retrocession, ILW, and cat bonds. Earlier he worked at RMS Capital Markets as a consultant.”
