Man Injured After Striking Parked Car

A 54-year-old man was injured yesterday morning after being involved in an accident which involved him striking a parked car.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 3:15am on Wednesday April 4th, police responded to a report of a collision between a car and a parked car on Scott’s Hill Road in Sandys. It appears that the car was travelling along Scott’s Hill Road when it collided with a car that was parked outside a residence.”

“The driver, a 54 year old Sandys man was injured and conveyed to KEMH via ambulance where he was treated for his injuries. The passenger, a 42 year old man sustained injuries that apparently did not require hospital treatment. Both vehicles were extensively damaged. Inquiries into this incident are underway.|
