Photos: 11th Annual Alpha Beautillion
Family, friends and supporters packed the Ruth Seaton James Auditorium last night [May 27], as five young men competed in the 11th annual Alpha Beautillion.
Hosted by the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the event saw five accomplished young men competing for a chance to boost their education funds, with each entrant receiving at least $1,000 towards their further education, and the winner receiving $5,000.
The entrants were 16-year-old Aaron Phillips from Warwick Academy, 18-year-old Khaivon Castro from CedarBridge Academy, 16-year-old Torrae Wainwright from Saltus Grammar School, 18-year-old Zachary Nzabalinda from Bermuda Institute with 18-year-old Berkeley Institute student Trae Trott winning the evening’s events.
