Sorry, I thought it was “if this stuff was happening in Tucker’s Town or Fairylands you’d hear a whole lot more complaining”???

    • Don't get it says:

What comments would you possibly expect people to say?

    • Realist says:

Why aren’t they saying what happened to her? If what I was told is true. SMH.

  2. Observant says:

    Was that comment really necessary?

  3. Dude says:

Perhaps Råne’s comment wasn’t necessary, but I’d put money on that bet as well…

  4. CYGNET says:

@ Rane and Dude. Crime happens everywhere and to all classes of people. There are areas on the island whereby they keep it to themselves or take care of business themselves. they almost never get caught. When they do get caught it is because someone pricked on them or the incident was discovered by a passerby. Condolences to the young lady’s family. Life is about choices so choose wisely.

  5. SS says:

Maybe its lack of details because this woman could be a visitor to our island and has to identification to contact next of kin, so no name, no age etc…

  6. Hudson says:

Or, because of the fact that investigations are critical, and the Bermuda rumour mill won’t help the BPS do their job effectively?

    • Rox says:

Yeah , like all the incorrect rumours and assumptions that were made the last time a body was found floating off of that neighbourhood.
Maybe a few of those dumb****s learned a lesson from that and they’re keeping their speculating mouths quiet this time .

  7. Obadiah says:

Why are people so callous and rude, freedom of speech yes….. If you can’t say anthing positive keep it yourself. Continue to be amazed by some people.

  8. Dhameer says:

Respectfully; I offer empathy to the victim, family & friends! Namaste…xo

  9. if only you knew says:

@Dhameer, you are the person who commented on the fact that someone has lost their life. There is a family on our island grieving right now for the loss of this woman. Why does this stir such comments? Where is the humanity Bermuda?
I repeat your sentiments Dhameer. I hope the family find peace through their grieving.

I am very sorry to hear this news. I did not know Mrs. Fox, but in the time it took to release her name, I was running through people in my mind that I thought it could possibly be and I was devastated thinking of these possibilities. It is so devastating when it is a loved one that you know.

This is a terrible crime, if indeed it is a homicide, and I send my sincerest condolences out to Mrs. Fox’ family. My prayers are with you at this time.

I am going to miss this young lady who I met several years ago when I gave her a ride on a rainy day. She said “Wow! you are so nice” and during our travel we had such an interesting conversation that I took to this young lady.

She has definitely left her mark with me.

    R.I.P. Fredricka
