Waterlot Inn Earns Certificate of Excellence.
Travel supersite TripAdvisor recognized The Waterlot Inn at The Fairmont Southampton with their Certificate of Excellence. This award honors businesses that consistently earn top ratings from travelers and is only given to the most exceptional performers in TripAdvisor’s global business community.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, the business must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Nice that they got recognized but the real honor should be given to Barry Cohen, who recently left the island to work on another island down south. He is the one who should take the credit for transforming that restaurant into the success it is today.
Am wondering why they have no bermudian staff.. I used to work for south P and the only answer I got to this question is ” Bermudian are not good enough to work there.”. What a laugh. Wonder how much they had to pay for that!!!
