October 17, 2012

The Progressive Labour Party has revised their Annual Delegates Conference schedule, after cancelling last night’s event due to the passing of Hurricane Rafael. This evening [Oct 17] the “Big Night” event will take place starting at 7pm at Ruth Seaton James Auditorium.

Speakers include Neville Tyrrell, Dale Butler, Dame Jennifer Smith, Deputy Leader Derrick Burgess and Premier Paula Cox. Thursday night’s proceedings will get underway at 6:15pm at Devonshire Recreation Club, and are for Members and Delegates only.

The session scheduled for Whitney Institute featuring candidates Vincent Ingham, Dawn Simmons, Stephen Todd, and Kim Wilson has been cancelled for this week and the PLP said the public will be advised in due course of the rescheduled date.

I am a PLP Party supporter and proud to be so I also plan to vote PLP however could we have enough of these lame staged presentations as they create no buzz and are simply a longer version of the many tiresome press conferences that our Ministers make us suffer through all too often

come on you lot you need to call the date and let the campaigning start so we can make it 4 straight terms in office

enough already of these waste of time public sessions and town hall meetings lets have the BIG NIGHT at the private delegates conference session
